昨夜溝の口練習会2回目！川崎高津老人福祉センター・地域交流センターにて開催できました。
平日不定期で18:30-20:00動きを中心に練習会していきます。
初心者の方もウェルカムで、初心者レッスンを最初に設けることもしていきますので、是非ご参加ください。

今日は水曜日。祐天寺ユープライドで21時〜Toshiさんのカポエイラクラスあります！
明日は木曜日。東中野スタジオオンダで18時〜Hiroko のカポエイラ初心者クラスあります！

We had the second class at Kawasakitakatsufukushicente/Regional exchange center in Mizonokuchi last night.
We’ll heave a class which focuses on movements on weekdays from 6:30 to 8:30 PM irregularly.
Beginners are totally welcome!
And we teach introduction to beginners at the beginning of the class.

Today, Wednesday Toshi teaches at U-Pride in from 9pm.

Tomorrow, Thursday Hiroko will teach beginner class from 6pm at Higashinakano Onda studio

You can come to any class and looking forward to practicing with you!
